The farm "Muhammad Safo ota" is located in the Yangibazar district of the Khorezm region.

The economy was created on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 2017 "On the program for the integrated development of the tourism potential of the Khorezm region and the city of Khiva for 2017-2021."
According to the project “On the Creation of Ecotourism Objects on the Territory of the Amu Darya River Coast and Their Inclusion in Tourist Routes”, 470 hectares of forests were allocated to its initiator Kurbaniyazov Allayar in the territory of the village of Chubolonchi.
The place is picturesque, the farm is home to various species of animals, including deer. Saxauls and medicinal herbs also grow.
The facility has a lake where you can go boating while enjoying the natural landscape.
